May 9-10, 2025 - Willard Revolutionary War Reenactment and Encampment, Willard Middle School, 1 Flashes Ave., Willard, Ohio 44890. Contact  Kyle von Camp or Facebook page. Every May, eighth-grade students at Willard Middle School recreate the time of the Revolutionary War, learn about life in the 1700s and reenact battle scenes. Reenactors, sutlers and volunteers are welcome to join the fun and see Revolutionary education at its best. Friday evening dinner, awards and military ball. On Saturday, the main stage will have speakers, demonstrations and entertainment.

Natives, food vendors, demonstrations, merchants, entertainers, blanket traders. Public hours 10 a.m.-9 p.m. Saturday and 10 a.m.-6 p.m. Sunday. Admission $15 adults and $5 ages 5-17. Proceeds go to grants for Appalachian communities.​

May 10-11, 2025 - Muster on the St. Mary’s timeline, Old Fort Wayne, 1201 Spy Run Ave., Fort Wayne, Indiana. Contact 260-437-2836, Facebook page. A learning rendezvous, seminars, workshops, educational sessions. Pre-registration fees are $20 per adult for NMLRA members; $25 for non-members. Children ages 17 and younger are free. No pets. May 16-18, 2025 - Jennings Creek Council Spring Rendezvous, Camp Clay, 9196 Liberty Union Road, Van Wert, Ohio 45891. Contact Sharon Curl, lscurl4645@yahoo.com. Pre-registration appreciated, but not required. Camp fee $25, which covers two adults and children. Additional adults $10 each. Setup after 2 p.m. Thursday. Competitions include rifle, smoothbore, archery, hawk & knife and men’s and women’s games. Canned meat prizes. Junior aggregate. Council fire Saturday evening. Wooded and open camp sites. Showers. Flush toilets. Fishing and swimming in the pond. No pets. Open to public 9 a.m.-5 p.m.​

Settlers, pioneers, French, English and American civilians, military, Natives, merchants, artisans of all trades and any persona relevant to Ohio, the Old Northwest Territory, the Middle Ground or Great Lakes Region pre-1815 are invited to preserve history through education and demonstration.​​

May 16-18, 2025 - Morgan County Spring Rendezvous, Wolf Creek Range, Lebanon, Indiana. Contact Facebook page. Competitions noon-4 p.m. Friday, 10 a.m.-4 p.m. Saturday and maybe Sunday morning, including archery, rifle, smoothbore, pistol, hawk & knife. Shooting/camp fee $20 per adult. Ages 17 and younger included in adult fee. Campers should provide their own water. No pets.

May 16-18, 2025 - Pricketts Fort Pre-1820 Primitive Trade Fair, Pricketts Fort Visitor Center, 88 State Park Road, Fairmont, West Virginia 26554. Contact Greg Bray, 304-363-3030. Vendor fee $35. Outdoor show seeking craftsmen participants. Non-vendor camping is limited. Call for availability. Public hours 10 a.m.-4 p.m. Friday and Saturday and 10 a.m.-3 p.m. Sunday.

May 17, 2025 - Siege of Fort Randolph, Krodel Park Road, Point Pleasant, West Virginia 25550. Contact Fort Randolph Committee, fortrandolph1776@att.net, Facebook page. Pre-register by May 4. One-day event portraying the fort during 1776-1779. Live performances throughout the day including Chief Cornstalk arrives at the fort and sues for peace, Captain Hall’s men overtake Captain Arbuckle’s command and kill Chief Cornstalk, Native forces lay siege to the fort and Captain McKee out-strategizes the Native forces. Public hours noon-5 p.m. No admission fee.

May 17-18, 2025 - Voyageur Rendezvous, Grand Kankakee Marsh County Park, 21690 Clay St., Hebron, Indiana 46341. Contact park office, 219-552-0033. Portrays early 18th century when canoe men would travel down the Kankakee River from Canada to trade goods with Natives. Encampments, reenactors, fife and drums, free kids games and activities.

Pre-registration deadline is May 1. Traders and trade blankets welcome. Camps and clothing must remain pre-1840 period correct at all times. Celtic music. Highland games.
 
May 22-26, 2025 - Blue Ridge Rifles Memorial Day Rendezvous and Shoot, Schuylkill Haven, Pennsylvania. Contact BRRifles@gmail.com, Facebook page. Gate opens at noon Thursday and camps must be removed from grounds by 3 p.m. Monday. Camp fee $20 per person ages 18 and older; ages 17 and younger free with an adult. Primitive and modern camping (no hookups). No sutlers fee, but prize donations are appreciated. Black powder matches, archery, hawk & knife. Use of a firearm with instruction available for novice shooters. Visitors welcome at camp, but no visitor pets, for $5 per person ages 18 and older, or $20 per vehicle. Camper pets must be on a leash at all times.
May 23-25, 2025 - Feast of the Flowering Moon, Yoctangee Park, Chillicothe, Ohio. Visit feastofthefloweringmoon.org for registration information. Pre-1840 rendezvous with black powder shoot, hawk and knife and primitive archery competitions. Potluck dinner Saturday night for paid campers only. Friendly event and newbies welcome.
 
May 23-26, 2025 - Mad River Muzzleloaders Spring Rendezvous, in conjunction with Logan Hills Festival, Hall-Fawcett Park, 4595 CR 153, Zanesfield, Ohio. Contact Facebook page. Includes annual Taloga Outdoor Drama, which depicts local history. Set up Thursday and Friday. Early setup available. Camp fee. Vendor fee. Lizard pull, archery, hawk & knife. Festival also includes Logan Hills Native Woodland Gathering pow wow.

Pre-registration requested by May 12. Camp fee $15 per person ages 16 and older; $18 at the gate. Ages 15 and younger free. No sutler fees; prize donations welcome. Early setup Thursday. Rendezvous rules in place at 8 a.m. Friday. Walk-in shooters $15 and blanket prize, and must be dressed in primitive garb. Woodswalk blanket shoot, hawk & knife, archery. Dessert contest before the Saturday pitch-in meal. Women's and kids games. Open to visitors 10 a.m.-5 p.m. Saturday. No pets.

May 24-25, 2025 - Spirit of Vincennes Rendezvous, George Rogers Clark National Historical Park, 401 S. 2nd St., Vincennes, Indiana 47591. Public admission $10 adults and $2 children 6-12; two-day pass $12.​

Camp fee of $25 includes one person for all competitions and medallion. Trail walk, paper shoots, hawk & knife, archery, primitive target raffle. Fee is $10 for each additional competitor ages 16 and older and $5 for ages 15 and younger. Public hours 10 a.m.-5 p.m. Saturday. Visitors not in primitive dress must leave by 5 p.m. Ice available.

May 31-June 1, 2025 - Revolution on The Tuscarawas, Fort Laurens Museum, 11067 Fort Laurens Rd NW Bolivar, Ohio 44612. June 7-8, 2025 - Ohio Valley Frontier Days, Historic Fort Steuben, 120 S. Third St., Steubenville, Ohio 43952. Contact 740-283-1787, info@oldfortsteuben.comFacebook page. In the reconstructed 18th-century fort built on its original site overlooking the Ohio River, reenactors, demonstrators, musicians, storytellers, artists and crafters portray life in 1787. Soldiers shooting and daily life demonstrations, surveyors replicate their tools and techniques for surveying the Ohio frontier. Buildings are open for tours. Blacksmith, candle maker, flintknapper and others who demonstrate early-American skills. Live entertainment from Ohio artists, including Steve Free. 

June 7-8, 2025 - Siege of Ft. Wayne – 1812, Old Fort Wayne, 1201 Spy Run Ave., Fort Wayne, Indiana. Contact 260-437-2836, Facebook page. In fall 1812, Native Americans and British allies had captured all the other American forts in the Old Northwest Territory. Now it was Fort Wayne’s turn. Living history event dedicated to life in the Maumee River Valley circa 1770 through the War of 1812. Living historians, reenactors and demonstrators can take part. Situated on the bank of the Maumee River at the site of American Indian villages and overlooking the historic grounds of Fort Defiance and Fort Winchester.
